  • Goes Down In History

    Hi there,

I thought I would update you all here about NFH....it's been eight days and he hasn't trimmed the hedges, I bet you wondered where all this rain has come from.

*GUILTY* it's me doing a rain dance each evening - sorry about that!

It's the only time we ever get any peace.

I will let you all know here when he gets the solicitors letter.

    Idgy,

So it was you that ruined our bbq last week.

Hope you don't have to start a war dance when he gets his letter.

    Good luck Kevin

his flaming hedge will have no leaves left on it if he keeps strimming it! all he will have left is a few branches sticking out of the ground!!!!

keep up with the rain dances, it does tend to keep the KFH at bay for a while!!!!

we can hold umbrellas over the BBQ!!

        Hi Idgy

Please post the instructions for the Rain Dance, there's quite a few members who need to learn it  .

Glad that he's not been massacring his hedges for a bit - hopefully your daughters had some peace as a result.

I learned the rain dance a few years ago. You know all that flooding, well, sorry I was my fault I'm trying to refine it so clouds only gather over my area....might take a while

I find this one brings moderate rain :jump:

That's me showing my silly side :hihi:

Fifi said to Don the baker

"Can ya show me how to bake another bun, Don?"

And I'm still sittin' with my next door neighbour from the other side

Sayin', "Where'd ya get the gun, John?"

Don't ya wanna rain dance with me?

            Christopher was asking the astronomer

Sayin', "Where'd ya get the gun, John?"

Don't ya wanna rain dance with me?

            Changin' just a few things

Laughin' while the bell rings on the door

            Changin' just a few things

            Shootin' when the bird sings

Well, I haven't cut our lawns for the past couple of weeks and that is down to the fact that the sun (when we had that hot spell) scorched the grass and it has only just recovered.

But, I doubt that this is the reason why he has not done it as it sounds as though he has some compulsive disorder to always be cutting, trimming and pruning. Perhaps his conscience is getting the better of him.

Like the poem by the way - very good.

                Oh Idgy

You nearly stopped my fence from going up but it would've been worth it to know that your little girl got some respite from your NFH
