I don't know if there is such a thread but here goes, I just feel like starting this one. Nothing to be proud of, however...

Mine - 3 years and 5 months - battle with NFH is continuing.

    Hi,

For me it was five years. I lived there peacefully for about

thirteen years prior to NFH moving in.

Big battles, property damage to my property right up until

the time I left recently. No help from the police (they accepted excuses,

sited lack of evidence the perpetrator did it, etc etc). Also, psychological

warfare, stalking, noise, the works really. (sounds like a take away

order doesn't it - one NFH with the works please - as if anyone would want that).

NFH's come from hell. Maybe they are the products of a society that

treats people so differently these days and deletes religious instruction

from school curriculum and makes mothers work when children are

very young (latch-key kids) and unaddressed bullying that starts in pre-school

(the bullies can be bullies for life). Who knows? Its wasted time to

try and analyse what makes a NFH be a NFH. Best to get away from them

and hope they eventually get what's coming to them from someone with

a bigger stick than they have.

On and off around 20 years. My problems are with local yobs. The original ones have grown up (well at least they've grown bigger). We get the occassional lulls, but eventually there's another generation ready to take their place.

Some of the worse ones now are all under 10, God help us when they get older

Just over a year since we moved in.

Lived in rented for a year before that, where the "Battersbys" lived next door.

Before that, about two months - then we sold, upped and offed, sadly to be met by the Battersbys...

        Not nice.

"No such thing as society." That was the message of the early 1980s. And boy! That's exactly what we got. No society.
