  • teenager on conduct order found dead

An 18 year old who was given an indefinate Antisocial behaviour order last December was found dead at his mothers home last week.

DB, who along with his brothers, D and D became the first people to be handed life time ASBOs, is believed to have drunk large quanties of vodka and taken medication drugs.

Police have ruled out any suspicious circumstances and the case has been referred to the coroners office.

DB and his brothers were given ASBOs by Dartford magistrates after being arrested more than 40 times.

In June he was found guilty of breaching the ASBO.

Last month, the three brothers appeal at court against their ASBOs failed, but the orders were reduced to four years.

The young man was obviously out of control. He couldn't control his behaviour and certainly, by the looks of it, couldn't control his drinking. It's sad that someone so young should die but if he'd had some discipline (oops dirty word) in his life from toddlerhood maybe he'd not have ended up this way. It's easy to blame his parents but ultimately he was to blame for his own death. He was old enough to know better.
