Isn't this the same force with the motorist-hating Chief Constable? His slogan, Arrive Alive, sounds great until you arrive, alive, home to find it burgled and/or vandalised and have to wait months for a policeman to attend. :P

In August a 15-year-old boy from Mochdre, Conwy, was sentenced to 18 months in custody after he twice ignored an order against him.

Well at least it was only twice! That has to be good news. A local yob here has broken his ASBO five times and only after he racially abused and beat up an Iranian was he sent to a detention centre for 18 months! Still, it's better than the seventeen breaches we read about a while ago.
