    Yes, I have asked my solicitor to look into this, but I just think she is inundated and I had no response - this does not exactly instil confidence, has to be said.

    When a solicitor is acting for you, they will only undertake one job / situation at a time. This prevents them from getting bogged down with various elements to your case and as one situation is cleared up then they will take the next problem with the most important issue to be addressed next on your list.



    It also helps you with the cost element and keeping you focused on one issue at a time.
