Fireworks restriction?
<span style=\'color:purple\'>Councillors in Rotherham want the Government to restrict the sale of fireworks to just three or four weeks before November the 5th to prevent injuries and accidents.
The council says it has received a "flood of complaints" from the public about the indiscriminate and inconsiderate use of fireworks. Trading standards have stepped up visits to retailers to check they are not selling fireworks to children.
