Hello there :D

Is there anyone out there who suffers from the same problems with aol?
Took sky digibox to caravan last night but then had to go back and get it so's we could get onto the internet :bigeyes: It seems that everytime we disconnect sky's phone lead aol won't log on. Why? Any answers?

I'm on AOL and I've never had this problem, have you telephoned them? I find their support staff pretty good :D

I don't know if this could be connected to your problem, last Sunday we had a power cut for a few hours, when the electricity came back on, we lost the connection to broadband, after a few days phoning AOL and fiddling about with the computer still couldn't get it, finally the problem seems to be that when the electricity went out BT automaticaly disconnect you from broadband, that's what AOL say, and after speaking to BT they told us AOL disconnected us. :banghead:
Anyway the conclusion to this is we have to wait another 10 days before we can be reconnected to broadband :angry:
