I dont suffer hayfever and I count myself very very lucky :) but I know a lot of people do and their lives are not pleasent in the summer months :(
here are some tips from the telly to help
~ put a little vasiline up up your nose, this catches the pollen before you breathe it all the way down, rember to wash your nose out and reaply though
~ wash your hair before you go to bed, the pollen catches in your hair and you can breathe it in during the night time
~ take your clothes off before you go into your bed room, again the pollen attaches to your clothes and can be breathed in during the night
~ have windows closed at night, warm nights that is, try to use a fan
~ wrap around sunglasses can stop the pollen getting in your eyes
~ speak to your pharamist or infact your GP for advice and medication
and finally, dont pretend you live on little house on the prairie and re in act the sceen of them running through the hay field! :D
any other ideas out there??
