Did anyone see it? I missed it.
I only saw some of it, forgot about it.
Some of them were right old swines, but they were all expecting sympathy. There was a lot about how difficult the ASBO's were to understand for the poor dears ;) .
And so many of them were only doing a public service by ticketing every car in the street for being parked to far from the pavement and that sort of thing.
Not much mention of their victims though :(
