I caanot stand a song that was out a few years ago, 2Horny" by Mousse T, the NFH used to play it loudly and sing along :(
Whenever I saw NFH too, I used to whistle or hum, normally "whistle a happy tune" from the King and I
When I am out on my drive, near my car, or in my garage (with door open) I used to sing, very loudly "I ALWAYS FEEL LIKE, SOMEBODY'S WATCHING ME"!!! Remember that one? 80's I think. They used to have ALL their windows open and I know they were taping me too, especially when my friends were round or if I were talking to other neighbours. Everyone commented on why all thw windows open? Nowadays they've toned it down to just the one.
I don't sing sad songs as why let them know??????? :D
A couple of my friends sing the theme tune to 'Neighbours' every time they come to see me and we fall about laughing!!!!!!!!!!
:hihi: :hihi: :hihi:

i find "The Specials" have a song for every occasion. the ones i find myself humming the most with regards to the NFH are "Blank expression" "Do nothing" and "its all a load of b*****ks"
oh, and Daphne and Celeste, Oo stick you (your mama too and your daddy) and U.G.L.Y are particularly fitting

We sing "I'm home" to the tune of "HI HO HI HO" when nfh slams his doors. When kids are all outside our house the song from the 90's "I'm only happy when it rains" pops into my head.
Happy songs at the moment are Amarillo and the old motown hit "Rescue me", which I have on in the kitchen and dance around to!!
Ooh err. I can only think of the sad ones right now :(
When I'm having a bad day, for whatever reason, in my head I sing 'Everbody Hurts Sometimes' by whoever it was
One I sing when my 'kids' [16,21,24] want something is from the musical Chicago, and it's 'If You're Good to Mama' ............she'll be good to you......etc..
  It annoys them no end
