Hi everyone,

I have joined a local book club, and this is one of the books chosen to read. Has any one read this book, or any other books by Rachel Cusk.

I,ve only got to chapter four so far, but its not working for me. I used to read alot when I was seven onwards, and I enjoyed the Enid Blyton books. I enjoyed Stig of the dump, Lord of the rings.

I love the Harry Potter films, so maybe I should read the books.

GG.

:D Hi Goosegirl, how are you? (Surprised you can you find time to read when you are so busy playing Zookeeper... :P  )

I think its great you have joined a Book Club, I wish I had time to get to one, boohoo :(

I havent read anything by rachel Cusk, in fact she is not an author I have heard of...i wonder how your book club came to choose her...?

what is the story about? perhaps i can have a nosey round my library and join you in having a bash at it!!!

BTW, I am sure you would love the Harry Potter stories, the films are very good, but still, there is so much that they have to leave out ...plus you have 5 books to get stuck into!!! Great! :)

Hi Annabel,

Saving agnes isRachel Cusks first novel, and it won the Whitbread first novel award for 1993. Our book club consists of about 18 people, and we all chose a book.
