I belive this is going to also be showing neighbour 'disputes'
Might be one to watch.
Hmmm ;) I can't see how tihs will actually resolve disputes, more for "entertainment value" than anything :(

sounds like it might be THIS (http://www.nfh.org.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=8950) one
i agree with Eeyore, shame on the BBC
Oh when I hear of these shows it makes me feel all giddy and sickly, my heart starts racing and I just feel so sorry for those taking part. I can only imagine how truly horrifying it would be to have a tv audience know what is going on and to judge you. I fear it would send me crazy.

And people who make these shows wonder why some of us cynically mock and deride them?!
Pathetic!

I think a while back the researchers for this show came here looking for people willing to take part in this show. Is it me or was "Big Jon" the heavy metal player (Dispute No 1) the same chap who was in that dreadful show "Britain's Worst Neighbour" on CHannel 5 a while back. I am sure he was the owner of the heavy metal pub which was being objected to.
IF it is him, I think he might just be after free publicity for his band.
Hi DG,
Just looked at the programme last night, quickly, to see what Nick Knowles has let himself in for and it just looked really 'wimpy' for want of a better description!!!
I mean, arguing over a snake????
The heavy rock band, he sounded awful. I just caught him saying something like, If we wanna do that on stage, then we will".
Ugh.
Needless to say, didn't watch any more.
Just grateful that no nfh stories were on, that would have really upset me. I felt my stomach churning as the programme started.

I turned the TV channel over and found this by chance and started to watch it (hoping it was going to be good).... *sigh* ... after ten minutes, boredom set in...... then I can't remember anything else!
Did I black-out?.... Was I attacked by a Giant Squid?...... Gawd knows!!
The people on these sort of things just don't seem genuine to me; mind you, I'd like to see less of the General public and more of Professional actors, comedians etc.
A typical night's TV viewing. There's just nothing decent on TV anymore, it's like the whole country has been taken over by talentless, robot clones.
And lets have more comedy on TV eh? No wonder the country is getting so voilent and aggressive what with all these murder Dramas and Soaps. Hell, I watch UKGold more than Terrestial channels because of all the good old comedy stuff on it.

Hi Kev :)
I'm sure you could rant away in the Telly Talk folder! ;) :)
Personally, I am looking forward to see how they deal with a neighbour 'dispute' case. I'm sure that many people watching this type of programme will be completely unaware of the type of problems people can face with their neighbours. I'm all for awareness raising, in whatever format in comes in. ;) :D

I'd rather they go back to broadcasting the test card and some music! :hihi:
