I have to say I think this is particularly despicable. Really naff decision Liverpool Council&#33; http://www.nfh.org.uk/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif http://www.nfh.org.uk/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/huh.gif What on earth where they up to when they gave permission for this up to 2am in this area and destroying the lives of local residents and the dignity/quality of life for people living at the older people&#39;s establishment.

Nil points goes to Liverpool council&#39;s licensing committee....

Hmmm, why do I get an image of brown envelopes passed furtively from one person to another, in a lonely place on a dark night?

Or am I just being overdramatic?

Sorry, but can&#39;t help feeling that despite all the objections somebody, with a some sort of vested interest has chosen to ignore them all. Six months? Is that how long it takes to make a bundle and s*d the dying?
