Well certainly in my case the other neighbours are fantastic - it&#39;s just having to live right next door to a loon would make me exempt in this.

On Andy&#39;s case well lets say Nuneaton & Bedworth Council are hardly likely to name him model citizen of the year award, given that he&#39;s trying his hardest to bring them into disrepute.

So there you have it. Android and Scooby Doo - Exempt.
