I have seen a recent article, will try and get further details next week, where the Courts decided NOT to evict on the grounds of noise nuisance as the tenant had a disability on the grounds of their mental health. It was an issue under new Disability Rights legislation.
Worrying?
I can see both sides to this, but I really hope that some pro-active action is being taken by the landlord and support services to help the tenant in acting and being a "good" tenant.
