If they knew she had been a problem for 20 odd years then why didn't they sort her out sooner!!
It does not matter what age they are and nasty people should not get our sympathy just because they may be old and disabled.
Some people in that "bracket" use they disablity as an excuse to be a right old g*t and other words I will not use here as I am trying to be polite...(this story mad me quite mad in all senses of the word!)
it seems to me like another case of everyone being let down by social services and the health authority.
