Notice the time the music was playing. 12:20 am is acceptable? (actually though to me if it's loud enough is it ever acceptable at any hour nowadays with people working different hours) This is the kind of blatant belligerent behavior we continue to encounter. It makes me extremely angry when they try to change the noisemaker into the one that is the victim. We see this over and over!
