Well it looks pretty much like Wiltshire Police have got this one under wraps and only needed the CCTV footage to take action. Which just goes to show that they can deal with situations like these when they have the evidence before them.

Pardon the pun, but it seems that different Police regions aren't uniform in their approach at all, some require little evidence, some require it by the bucket load...!
