I was sitting here today feeling like a bit of a munchie..
So I reched for a my favourite..which is turkish delight..you know the chocolate covered square ones..
Now my little boys think this is discusting...in the case of the 8yr old his idea of a treat is either crisps or a passion fruit and in the case of the 11 yr old he loves a big juicy orange or grapes..hubby likes choccy covered brazil nuts..so go on be honest what do you reach for...Id love to know.. :) ;)

Ooh, ooh, ooh..

I really love cream tea's at that place on the Lizard, Cornwall..
But, that can't fit in your drawer can it!

So.. I really love Matlows sweeties - Swizzles and big dobbin horse sized chews...
And, biscuits... ooh, rich tea (boring I know) with a pint sized cup of sugary tea!
And, cream teas... have to put that one in again. (sorry)

My brother-in-law is a fireman in New Mills (Matlows Land), and everytime there's a fire there, he's called out and gets huge bags of sweets for his efforts! We get the sweeties! His wife used to work at Matlows too, so I used to get bags of sweetes for birthday and christmases... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Chocolate stings the back of my throat if I eat too much of it.. anyone else diabetic and have that?

And the really really boring one is.. Weetabix - with full cream milk... mmmmmm and sugar on it.... mmmmmmm (I'm probably not the prime example for ideal diabetes health, am I?! Stuff it!)

Can't understand how people eat frogs and slugs (sorry - Snails whith houses - or crunchy slugs)

Jolly well seconded!
Hubbie's with you SOF... cream teas and big chews. :D

Me... I'm with moby. But I have to ask... why only one drawer? :hihi:

I also love toast. I know, it's not the sexiest food known to man  ... but I'm addicted to it.

Not Marmite again 8-X :(

At the moment I've got a real thing for Fruit Pastilles. I'm on my second packet already today (but if you eat too many in one go, they begin to hurt your mouth :( )

It has got to be Galaxy milk chocolate. At Christmas time I sent off for a catalogue for a chocolate club. I am supposed to be slimming. But I want to join the chocc club soo much. For a small fee you get sent a large selection box of chocolates each month. You fill in a form after tasting them saying which you liked then sit back and wait for the next box.

GG.

I had a serious problem with Galaxy Ripples over the winter months, and then i got into Dairy Milk Bubbly...tsk, my waistline...

God forbid we should ever have pistachio nuts in the house as they vanish almost as soon as they are emptied out of their packet!

At work I like caramel Snack a Jacks or rich tea biscuits, plain but still the best biccie going!

OOH I hate marmite, vile stuff, yukmungous 8-X

Galaxy Ripples???? Never see them in our house, they were on 2 packs for £1.20 at the supermarket (5 in a pack) got some last Monday and they've magically disappeared from the fridge :P

Hubby says must be the dogs.........

Strange about pistachio nuts, they go the same way - quickly - also the honey coated cashews and peanuts you get - totally moreish :D

mmmmm i had a packet of them all to myself last night! with a couple (or more) glasses of yummy rose wine!

i tend to grab something salty when i'm stressed/in need of a comfort food fix, and it's usually salt and shake crisps!

fave choc (now that i am vegan - yup one that eats honey!) has got to be dark bounties mmm in fact i'm devouring one right now! *drools muchly*

Galaxy Caramel does it for me....... did the address of the Chocolate Club ever get revealed ? Its not for me of course...I am gonna pass it on to my "friend".

I also love POLONY. I eat it straight from the packet but I also chop it up and make a sandwich. When I have parties, I chop about 4 rolls up and the kids devour it before they even touch the crisps !!

I also like Turkish Delight ( and 97% fat free according to the wrapper)

I haven't had polony for years ...used to love it...

Now the weathers warmer my munchie habits have changed..

I love salty tomato and cucumber sarnies or celry dipped in cottage cheese..

I am addicted to salads with olive oil and lemon dressing...

Still cant beat a solero..though

Hi,
Only found this one tonight!

My weakness:- I am with Moby and Ribbit, chocolate and lots of it. Cadburys for me.

Also, bombay mix, you know the cruncy spicy stuff? Great.

Lager or wine with the bombay mix, cuppa tea with the choccie.

:)
