Alternatively, the one and only EHO I met, to do with the shooting problem at the last house, could quite easily have won the upper Class Twit of The Year award.
I was astounded. He had such a big plum in his mouth he could hardly speak. I couldn't help but think of the other 'areas' he covered and how he got on down there...!!!
Seriously though, I could tell he had no comprehension of the real world and EH departments can't pay that much can they?
I am hap hap happy, I have just finished a long drawn out project, ah the relief.

Its terrible, but i think behind the scene this man will be told to put his house in order, well i hope so nobody like bad publicity certainly not our well paid pen pushers in local government, so then they can go back to sleep again.
