Personally speaking, I read a couple of years ago now in the Daily Mail that there were two neighbours that got on extremely well and generally enjoyed being and living next door to one another until that is one of the neighbours decided to move away. The other neighbour decided that they could not bear the thought of them moving so they too sold their house and purchased the property next door. It was on a new housing estate. Now why can't we all find a neighbour like that.

Now that is what I call TCDN - Totally Cool Dude Neighbours. http://www.nfh.org.uk/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue1.gif

How about NN - normal neighbour. Not very imaginative, I know. I don't think the non-NFH has to have a fancy title, just normal really.
percisley!

if they were all normal neighbours we wouldnt need to label them!

these buffons have bought it on to themselves!
