166 times in 11 months???? What took them so long?? But I like the fact they got hit in the pocket, hee hee (Oh, I am cruel)
They said something about the music being played in the day when it shouldn't be a problem. What a load of tosh! The repetative thumping of bass even during the day can make people ill.

It seems something obviously needs to be done with regards to the non-planning permission situation with link-detached houses.
£1000 - I also felt this was nowhere near enough, given the amount of logged occurences.
