A Longridge 'neighbour from hell' is facing his second eviction in four months after a housing association was bombarded with complaints about his behaviour.
Bernard Kenyon was booted out of Towneley House sheltered accommodation in June after fellow tenants listed a catalogue of problems, including intimidation, using offensive language and playing loud music late at night.
The 62-year-old former joiner was moved to a property on Wellbrow Drive but the problems – and the complaints – have continued.
Now charitable housing association Ribble Valley Homes is to pursue an eviction after Mr Kenyon refused to modify his anti-social behaviour.
