Woman that played rude song loudly at neighbour given Asbo (http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/top-stories/2010/07/21/woman-that-played-rude-song-loudly-at-neighbour-given-asbo-115875-22428262/)
A judge yesterday slapped a five-year Asbo on a woman who blasted her neighbour with a rude song.
Alice Dondera, 49, played the Smokie/Roy "Chubby" Brown hit Living Next Door To Alice (Who the F*** is Alice?) at piercing volume.
Dondera had already been given an Asbo because of her behaviour towards neighbours but three days later the song was pounding through Deborah Kay's walls at 8am.
Recorder Charles Fox told Dondera at Cardiff crown court: "Whatever you think of neighbours, your behaviour was indefensible. It must be absolutely shocking living next door to you when you start ranting and raving and playing music loudly."
Dondera, of Penarth, South Glamorgan, was sentenced to eight months' jail, suspended for a year after admitting breaching her Asbo.
David Maunder, defending, said: "There has been bad feeling on both sides."
