I am actually looking forward to the next series of this :) .
It's starting on Monday and although I don't know all the cast, I hear that John Lydon (ex - Sex Pistols) has been selected and is causing trouble already...eeek they might send Timmy Mallett over to replace him 8-X .
There's the battle of the boobs too with Jordan and Kerry McFadden :blink:
Frank Carson (not-seen-very-often-these-days-comedian) was also put forward but not accepted - shame, THAT would have made verry interesting viewing :lol:
Christine Hamilton apparently backs Jennie Bond (royal correspondent) to win - they are of the same mould - similar age and quite posh! :lol:
Oh I reckon we'll go ahead and chat away about the same day's stuff - so here's an ADVANCED SPOILER WARNING for the ITV2 Catch Up People (anyone?? :blink: :lol: ) .
If you don't want to know until you have seen it, read on at your peril ! :D
I'm off to find out who else is going to be on!! :thumbs:
And I also hear that the producers are going to be really mean with the food rations - so expect tantrums!!

I promised myself I wasnt going to watch this or big brother but now seeing as I am a topic leader for this forum i feel i am duty bound to watch as much telly as possible, for research purposes, dontcha know.
But i dont fancy it much. it will be a labour of love , all for the benefit of NFHiB :lol: :D :rolleyes: HA HA who am i kidding!!!
jordan will probably hope that all the blokes with their brains in their nether regions will phone up to keep her in the jungle in case she strips off, and i dont think for one minute that kerry mcfadden will impress at all.
but we shall see! B)

Vanner, I agree with you 100%, there is nothing deep and meaningful in this at all! all we want to do is gawp at these Z list celebs in the hope they give us a bit of a laugh!
But, I have to say, sometimes some of them really show a different side to themselves, e.g. Tony Blackburn and then us soppy public start to like them after all! we are sooo gullible!
anyway, I watched it last night and I have to give respect to Jordan for having those awful things crawling all over her head! but somehow i knew she would rise to the occasion. she is no bimbo! unlike kerry mcfadden, who sqawked and sqealed constantly at the sight of all the creepy crawlies...i mean what did she expect???? :D
i think this is going to be a good show! tonite john lydon is going to do the bush tucker trial with a load of ostriches, maybe theyll peck some sense into him!!! :rolleyes:

Nuff respect to Jordan and Razor - those creepy crawlies had me squirming and cringing on my sofa last night - I don't think I would have tolerated the cockroaches scuttling up my nose or in my ears :blink: .
I thought Kerry would have been selected for the bushtucker trial - she was so pathetic! But I'm sure her time will come :devil:
Luvvly Jubbly, ITV2 are really going to town and showing it live most of the days - yippee!!! :hihi: (OK, I'm sad, but I admit it!) :D
The ostriches thing tonight is meant to be worth watching - very cryptic clues on GMTV this am about it :) .
Drat....missed old Mr. Rotten and Royal reporter Jenny Bond in with the Ostrichs.

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!
Last night Jenny Bond had her chewing gum confiscated and she had also smuggled in a mascara and so she was told to hand that over as well! he he!
john lydon did well with the ostriches, they did peck him quite hard as you could see red marks on his back and arms but he did really well...hes not fooling anyone that one. hes no anarchist at all, all bluff and bluster! i really reckon he could win it.
kerry mcfadden had to do the bush tucker trial next and it was, to be fair to her, quite hard and she only managed to get 2 stars and the meals they were given for them were so mingy they sent them back! i noticed jordan and alex best not looking imporssed when kerry came back with only 2 stars.
last night peter andre (who REALLY fancies Jordan, nearly as much as he fancies himself! :lol: ) had to stick his head in boxes of creepycrawlies got all the stars, so he has gone up in my estimation a tiny bit....
they are not really gettign tetchy with each other just yet but i think they will very soon. alex best is very quiet, i think!
im really into it! B)

8-X It was absolutely gross Beth! (although i cant totally sympathise with you regarding eating cockroaches and ants, i think the humans suffer more than the insects!!!! 8-X )

and i think those witchety grubs arent as common as people might think. i think people should leave them well alone!!!

last night alex best had to crawl through boxes full of eels cockroaches worms and spiders, she had to stick her head in a load of fly pupae to get the stars they needed for their meals.... it was truly nasty...and there was box full of feathers that they said might have ticks and mites in...i thought that ticks were qute dangerous.... :wow:
anyway i felt sorry for alex best and i thought she did a grand job. :D
and mike read got evicted, in case anyone didnt know! :jump:

I hope Johnny Rotten doesn't walk, he's just brilliant. Not only is he very funny and entertaining and stands for no cr*p, he's so into and respecting the environment where he is :thumbs: .

I sooo want to wring peter andre's neck...all that trilling and warbling and keeping ON AND ON about how he is so inspired and all these songs keep popping into his head...talk about desperate for us to buy his CD's (aint gonna happen buddy!) and i reckon he thinks if he keeps on sharking round jordan we will keep him in there to see what happens...but methinks he will get voted out in the next couple of days- at least i hope so....

Tsk, Mike Read - what a sore loser - his girlfriend clearly said 'Farce...it's an absolute farce!' when he was slung out last night...I am mad!!! :frown: Putting a sour note on all the fun :mad: . OK he didn't get much exposure but really, it's his own doing - all he did was sit about yakking about gregorian chants one night :wacko: .
As for all those bugs, they must have been breeding them all year in anticipation...yuk. I don't see any merit in having them alive - dead would be bad enough...but how DO you kill a witchetty grub :blink: .

Oh I think Diane Modahl will be out tonight, I hear that she didn't do too well on today's Bushtucker trial. She seems so nice, it's a shame, but again, she hasn't actually done much that's obvious to us viewers.
As for record sales, Peter Andre's doing well then - he'd only sold 2 last week :hihi: yet the Sex Pistols have sold mega amounts B) .

I soooooo love htis programme I can't tell you. So before I log off to go watch another thrilling installment of this I just wanted to mention about one John Lydon Esquire, AKA Johnny Rotten.
He actually said (sewer mouth diatribe asides) that the human race is a horrible breed - had to agree with him somewhat on that. I laughed so hard I fell off the sofa (have bruise on top part of thigh now) when he was having to explain how to make tea and going ballistic about Jordan being an over inflated balloon who is lazy (or words to that effect).
I hope and pray he gets it myself I couldn't cope with a Queen Jordan. Horrifying thought. :lol:

Whilst I do like Johnny Rotten, I think he is just as attention seeking in his own way as Jordan is, all this talk about walking out, theres no way he is gonna walk out! and fancy swearing like that last night on national tv, what a silly s*d! :P :P bah you aint fooling me matey!
they showed a little shot of jordan 'rearranging' her chest when she woke up , and it did strike me that the silicone probably moves around in the night and is very uncomfortable, how dreadfuf!!!! 8-X ,

I thought that bushtucker trial last night was pure wickedry...I don't think anyone on this planet could have got a star, never ind nine... :( I think that was very mean indeed and really felt sorry for all involved (bugs included) .

i am glad jordan got booted off, enough is enough, she led peter andre on and then started to turn nasty on him...i didnt like that...not that i like peter very much but i did feel a bit sorry for him, and i do think he was genuine towards her.
anyway, i am now hoping that kerry wins, ive gone off lord brocket a bit, mainly cos of his moaning about jenny.

I never expected that either, I was sure Peter Andre would go since he seems to have spent all day moping about!!

I am still amazed at what Jennie Bond did...I know it's gross and ultimatley cruel to all concerned, but blimey!!!! She just took it like a walk in the park :wow: And Ant & Dec's faces - priceless!! :hihi:

I even felt sorry for Peter Andre, that was real fear, what an achievment for him !
John Lydon was conspicuously absent from last night's reunion , I notice - the old grouch!! :lol:
Oh well, well done to Kerry, it was all very entertaining...I have a feeling it'll rumble on for a while yet. :D
