Oh dear, sounds like there ought to be a lot more pro-active estate management in that area, and support from relevant agencies if he is HIV positive. :unsure:

Wasn't there a case recently where someone with HIV but 'knowingly' doing something to infect another person was deemed to be a murderer/attempted murderer? :unsure: I've probably got that completely wrong, so apologies in advance :blush:
