A WOMAN described as a "neighbour from hell" has admitted to her part in a reign of terror suffered by Church Hill residents last summer.
Michaela Hilton, formerly of Sandhurst Close, was given a three-year anti-social behaviour order during a hearing at Redditch Magistrates' Court on Monday (January 12).
