Just go to this website (http://www.webroot.com/) This is the website for Webroot who publish some mighty fine spyware/adware killing software.
You can use it free and then pay for an upgrade, should you wish.
Not seen this one before, I use a few programs like this though
Ad-Aware:

I also use a Prog called DiamondCS RegistryProt:

I have it running in the background, and it lets me know if there are
any changes being made to the registry. Spyware progs etc and lets me stop 'em !!
