Do you have a favourite channel you relax to before going to bed each night and do you watch TV in bed? :D

My favourite is either UK Gold, relaxing in bed before kip  or if I have to, the Cartoon Network. Say no more there. ;) :P

Or do you prefer music/the radio to help you sleep?

I think my TV Watching in bed has certainly been 'encouraged' by always having the television on in the background when the NFH were making extreme noise next door, it was used as 'background noise' to help block them out. But, that's another topic. :D

Well, between the desk-fan on the bedside table and the earplugs (thanks NFH) I can't watch TV or listen to the radio to fall asleep any more...

However, I used to use Classic FM on the radio to help me doze off...

oooh I can't abide Cartoon network any more - kids watch it endlessly givne the chance and the yelling drives me nutty!!!!!!!!

I quite like BBC3 now if there's comedy stuff on and the same goes for E4, although there doesn't seems to be any reliability in the schedules - one day it's great, next it's crud, and even the same day the following week is different (if you know what I mean :) )
