Hi everyone,

So, a 25 year old thug, who has already been fined £3,000 for breaching a Noise Abatement Order, pinned his 69 year old female neighbour against a wall and was given

A CONDITIONAL DISCHARGE and ordered to pay £50 COMPENSATION!!

Is someone having a joke?

What sort of message does this send out.

Is this justice?

Caldas.

In November, Russon appeared was fined £3,000 by Dudley magistrates after ignoring a noise abatement order served on him in June for blasting out music.

Russon, who is unemployed, said at the time that he had no intention of paying the fine. "How can I? I'm on the dole," he said.

What's the point, what's the b***** point? :banghead:  :banghead:

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

:banghead:

Exactly, the same thought crossed my mind, really and utterly ridiculous.
