A RESIDENT dubbed "the neighbour from hell" has been handed the longest anti-social behaviour order ever imposed in North East Lincolnshire.
Peter Fitzgerald has been jailed for 11 months – and given a 10-year Asbo – after subjecting neighbours in two areas of Grimsby to a campaign of bullying and "repugnant behaviour".

The order prevents the 47-year-old, of Hainton Avenue, Grimsby, from having any contact with neighbours on the street and from entering Waltham – where he had previously lived on Wheatfield Drive.
North East Lincolnshire Council environmental enforcement officials also imposed an order that he must clear a plot of land at the rear of his Hainton Avenue property – which contains a wrecked car, rubble and food waste – within 28 days.
