People in Bristol are celebrating the eviction of a neighbour who has caused years of misery in their road.

complaints concerning Noise from late-night partying was so bad that one resident gave his daughter earplugs to help her sleep at night.

Hmm, as we noise sufferers know ear plugs can be a bit of a help, but better to get the perpetrator moved away.
