ONE half of a couple described in court as "neighbours from hell" claimed he was not racist and he had listened to reggae music for years.
At a hearing before Redditch Magistrates on Wednesday, Matthew Hilton, formerly of Sandhurst Close, Church Hill, accepted a two-year antisocial behaviour order which applies throughout England and Wales.
