A Telford pensioner who died after an alleged row with a neighbour could have collapsed at any time, a court heard today. Lesley King, 70, died in his garden in Brackenfield, Brookside.

Well, it wasn't "any time" was it? It was when he was trying to deal with abusive neighbours.
I always think news stories like these are just so sad. :(
There was a news story recently similar to this in Lincolnshire afew few miles from me.
All over a small hedge dividing the two front gardens.
Its a waste of life no matter what the age and to use the excuse
"heart condition could have died at any time" is absolutley disgusting.
