I got this receipe from my cruise and it has taken me all this time to try and work it out, I was given the ingrdients
Fresh Banana 3 pcs
Sugar Free 15 sachet
Soya Milk 1/2 lit
Corn Starch 100 grams
So lets put this in a way that we can all understand.
----------
1 Fresh Banana (cut across and then lenght ways) (I then cut up another one and place in the bottom of 4 small dishes)
15 teaspoons of Sweetner
1/2 Litre of Soya Milk (I get the one that is unsweetened and also it is supposed to help lower chloestrol)
100 grams of Corn Flour
Marinate the Banana with the sweetner for 5 mins.
While this is marinading put the soya milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
While waiting for milk to boil make up Corn Flour as per instructions on the packet, but using cold water. Really just make sure that is is free flowing, not thick.
Once milk has boiled add the fruit and sweetner and stir. Then add very slowly the corn flour stiring all the time, it will thicken very fast. Once all the corn flour has been added removed from heat, it will be thick, and put into 4 small individual dishes. Chill for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours and serve.

You can make this with Starwberries as well, that is nice I have done that one, in fact you can use just about any fruit you want, although Orange was not particularly nice. I had one on the cruise it and it looked like, to me anyway, they had used Sweetcorn, it was awful. So I don't know what fruit that was.
Nice Neighbour has got Raspberries and Blackberries, so I am going to try them as well, and I thought Apple might be nice as well.
