Found a great hotel in Brighton called, Paskins Town House, its really great.
Its famous for being eco friendly and they only serve organic food and fairtrade bits as well, they also do a great vegetian breakfast as well as the normal fry up but all organic and they went out of their way to make sure that I had had enough to eat, being that I could not eat any fry ups being normal or vegie, but I did have scrambled eggs, mushrooms and cold tomatos (hate hot ones) with basil oh yumm as treat yesterday morning, and they do a great selection of cold buffet style, and its all organic and the taste was "out of this world" and the porrie this monring it was so tasty and bonus for us is that you can take your dog.

Its a little on the expensive side £95 per room per night, but imho great value it was spotless and really really comfortable, the only bug bear, and it was a very small one, is that being a town house its up and down a lot of stairs, but they do have bedrooms on the ground floor.
We were on the top floor, about 4 flights of stairs with the 5th flight very very steep, in fact "my girl" acutally fell down them this morning, but only half way, she slipped, but the room was confortable and the hotel is deocorated in an Art Deco style, so really nice.
Can highly recommend it and will definately be going back and it is just off the seafront in the quiet end so no noise and even though we could not see the sea we could hear it.
