cut the plugs off in my opion!

perhaps all noisey NFH sould have noise restricters fitted to their houses,
when the noise reaches a certain level all the power in the house is switched off for ten mins!

I think (racking the depths of my mind!) that I have been in certain nightclubs that do this!
