COMPLAINTS about anti-social behaviour by council tenants have dropped following a major crackdown by housing bosses.
New figures released by Wigan and Leigh Housing show there was a ten per cent fall in neighbour nuisance complaints in the past 12 months – from 1,411 down to 1,274.
