A HUSBAND was ordered to pay his neighbours £1,500 compensation yesterday for non-stop partying after splitting from his wife.

he put his hifi in storage.....it should of been impounded IMHO
it certainly rang bells with my story, knowing what parties like that can be like :angry:
at least some action was taken against him.....idiot! :rant:

:o This could be my NFH, exactly the same:
"...loud dance music with a pulsating bass beat. It could be heard through the walls of the house and continued without break until 4am.
"It would have been very difficult to sleep and caused distress."
"He had an acrimonious split from his wife. He doesn't even remember some of the parties."
He was also banned from throwing parties or causing any disturbance within 50 yards of their home.
I wonder if he'll be able to remember this? :blink: :angry:

Holly - maybe he will now they've hit him where it hurts (in his wallet) ;)
£1500 is nothing though to that poor family :(
