Landowner admits harassing couple

A landowner has received a restraining order after admitting to a campaign of harassment against her neighbours.
Graham Jones, 64, and his partner Madeline Haydon, were hounded by Diana Pritchard, 66, of Altingham Hall, near North Walsham in Norfolk.
Great Yarmouth Magistrates' Court heard Ms Pritchard accused Mr Jones of being a "woman beater" after an argument.
She was also given a 12-month community order, with 100 hours of unpaid work, and told to pay £250 costs.
The pensioner admitted harassment and was banned from contacting the couple.
Took exception
The court heard that in one incident she hung dead cockerel outside the couple's home, claiming Mr Jones had run it over.
She also put up a poster on her 10-acre estate claiming Mr Jones "interferes with bins" in a bid to mock him.
