THE victims of a wheelchair-bound "neighbour from hell" have told of how he turned their lives into a "nightmare".
Traumatised pensioners spoke out after Derek Joyce, 52, was banned by a restraining order from having anything further to do with them.
He made one elderly couple prisoners in their own homes in the quiet cul-de-sac of Teversham Drift, Cambridge, after tirades of abuse and continual harassment.
