Hi while i was away i had the most delicious dessert, and it was so nice i asked for the recipe which they very kind gave me, so i will be trying it out at the weekend and will post on here once i have tried it myself, it seems very easy to do.
I think i will call it Island Escape Fruit Dessert. It is suitable for diabetics and also people who are watching their weight and you can use any fruit you want, but the banana one was yummy. I will let you know.
