No not the model one;)

I've just finished this book and it was stunning.
Its another Grail book, but this time women are the lead characters. Its set in the Chatres area of France and alternates between the 13th century and modern day. It has links to the Inquision etc too.

It was fabulous, much, much better than the Da Vinci Code as a Grail novel - lots of historical details and less of the good guy/ bad guy stuff (or just more subtle;))

I'd recommend it highly if you like historical novels :)

I have had a look at it, but getting a bit fed up with grail stories, i have read and got the "holy Blood, Holy Grail", in act i have got all three of the series which is what the Di Vinci code is base on i read that book it must have been in the late 80s, which in those days was very contraversal, it has made me think, and i did give up Egyptian things for quite a few years to read more books in the vein of Holy Blood etc, and then moved on to books about the Templars, i find that quite interesting, which is unsual for me because that as far as i am concerned is modern history, and normally only really like ancient history, so perhaps i may give that one a go. Waiting for the Medici Secret to turn up have ordered it fom Amazon Market Place.
