I found the Nettle Beer interesting- I have heard of Nettle tea and that is very good for arthritis. Dont suppose Nettle beer is though but might be worth trying. ;)

Great site, it gives some interesting ideas on a fridge replacement, which is something of interest to me as the fridge is one of our biggest energy takers, so if I can make one that works just as well, that would be amazing.
