Not so sure this is as off topic as you think:
My neighbours stay in bed until about 4.30 and then stay up all night until dawn&#33;&#33;
They have not seen daylight since about October&#33;

My friends have encouragingly told me they are probably vampires?

What is happening to the world? There seem to be more and more stories from all over about cannibalism, Germany, Congo, Russia etc.
