That's a really interesting report. 10% seems like loads when you consider how much houses are these days, but when you consider the problems that some people have, I suppose it's not that surprising.

This doesn't surprise me either, I read this and just automatically think "nosey neighbour". It can start out as friendly interest/concern, but then deteriorates to the point of obsession where you feel you are being constantly watched /listened to.

If you can afford it, I suppose 10% could be worth the consideration.
