As I acutally have back my chocolate cook book, I thought I would pass on the name of it, as I am returning to my friend tonight as it is too tempting.
I brought it in ASDA and it is called
Cookshelf Chocolate by Jacqueline Bellefontaine,
ISBN 0-75253-553-6, Hardback ISBN NO. 0-75253-381-9
I think it is an American Book because it says 1 cup of flour etc and we do not use cups for weights, it is published by
Parragon Book, Queen Street House, 4 Queen Street, Bath BA1 1HE,
my edition was published in 2001.
