Noisy neighbour has plug pulled (http://www.thisisbucks.co.uk/display.var.1966723.0.noisy_neighbour_has_plug_pul led.php)

A NOISY neighbour whose music disturbed neighbours 50 metres away has been silenced after having his equipment seized.
Stereos and TVs used to create the din were taken by Chiltern District Council Environmental Health Officers in a raid at a property in Amersham on Friday.
The council received reports of windows vibrating in the houses next door because the music was so loud, with noise from the property keeping the other occupants in the road awake at night.
Action was taken when a noise abatement notice served six months ago was ignored by the tenants.
Councillor Noel Brown, responsible for health, housing and community safety, said: "We know that anti-social behaviour is a concern for our residents and high on the list of Neighbourhood Action Group priorities for Chiltern.
"This is an example of how it will be tackled and how enforcement agencies in Chiltern share resources and information to deliver solutions for residents."
The equipment seized during the raid will be held by the Council and may be forfeited by court order.
Last week, officers from Wycombe District Council and Thames Valley Police seized all electronic equipment that could be used to make noise from a flat in Bartholomew Tipping Way, Stokenchurch, after the then-occupant kept breaching a noise abatement order.
