EXCLUSIVE BY DAY SHE SOLVES ROWDY NEIGHBOUR DISPUTES BY NIGHT SHE'S HOOKER WHO MAKES MEN HOWL

By Daniel Jones Daniel.Jones@People.Co.Uk

A charity worker who sorts out noisy neighbour disputes is annoying her own neighbours with boisterous romps as a HOOKER.

By day, mum Rosemary Goddard is a seemingly respectable helper for a council-sponsored mediation service where she dishes out advice.

But by night, the young-looking 54-year-old slips into kinky underwear and makes clients scream with pleasure at her flat.

She joked to our investigator: "You have to laugh really. Here I am probably keeping the old lady next door awake while I pleasure my clients.

"Yet I had to help out a family who got fed up with a prostitute living near them who always had men round making noise."

Using the name Lady Libra, Rosemary advertises her £160-anhour sex service on an adult website, describing herself as: "Attractive, mature, intelligent, blue-eyed blonde with a gentle, sexy voice."

Our investigator, posing as a businessman, contacted her by email and she invited him to her top-floor pad in the cathedral city of Winchester, Hants.

Wearing a short dress, she spelled out what was on offer after grabbing £160 from our man, saying the cash covered "full sex" but there were limits.

The 34D blonde - who has been married several times and has grown up children - explained she did not do "unnatural sex" acts, adding: "I am an old lady now so I can say exactly what I like.

"I enjoy kissing, cuddling, touching, and I give a very lovely massage. Which you can either take or not take, it's up to you."

She then confessed: "I need to be discreet because I am the co-ordinator of a mediation charity. A lot of people know me."

The hooker works for the Winchester and District Neighbourhood Mediation Service which gets £10,000 funding from the local council and £2,000 from police. It is registered with the Charity Commission.

As a paid co-ordinator, she deals with initial phone calls and emails - which come through to the same flat where she romps with her other clients.

Rosemary arranges meetings where mediators help rowing neighbours sort their disputes. She is also a trained mediator and occasionally goes out herself.

She said: "I do it from here. The computer is in my bedroom, so literally one step out of bed and I am at work. Ha ha."

Bizarrely, Rosemary once advised a family living next to a prostitute who were upset by the stream of male clients.

She said: "It was pretty funny really. I don't think a mediator went out in the end. I just calmed it all down on the phone."

Our man made his excuses and left. When The People later confronted Rosemary she said tearfully: "I am not very well. Someone has reported me."

Ann Craig, chairwoman of the mediation service, said: "I am shocked. I do not want to comment at the moment."

Winchester City Council said: "The mediation service is funded by the council but that position is up for review very shortly."

I think it was "I'm am old Lady now so I can say exactly what I like!" just what you need in a mediator! Though perhaps she is a bit too obliging!

I wonder if she keeps an address book of past 'mediation' visits:lol:

That is interesting.

I'm going to try not to judge her as there are a lot of reasons why people choose this profession. Not that I am advocating it as a great career move. There are a lot of moral and social issues surrounding this hot potato!

It would seem that it interferes with her day job if people are needing to make complaints about her to the very service that employs her.

Not the best publicity for the council mediation service!

Ian, I think that you are possibly right!
