Just where is St Pauls Cathedral

My hubby was given by his mum a "build you own model of St Pauls Cathedral" it even has working LED street lamps

He has just taken it out of the box to start, it is made of card .......... however when I asked him what a particular piece of paper was (it was a picture of lanscaped green grass and blue sky with not another building in site) he said it was the background of the model :o

It seems that the completed model will stand on it own box with working led street lights and the background will be this lovely blue sky and green grass hillside/countryside picture  not another building in sight

The address of the company who make these models is a Vietnamese company :errrm: so perhaps they are confused ................... very intriguing.

Website that shows all models of buildings around the world is http://www.ida3d.com if you want to see what he could have got instead

I got a "Dirty Dancing in your pocket"

It is a keyring and when you press the buttons it says sayings out of the film like "Nobody puts Baby in a corner!"

Brilliant! :)

Ok here's the end result. St Pauls Cathedral model ;) Took hubby all of this afternoon and part of the evening to finish. It does have lights inside run by batteries but I cannot upload that photo cos it exceeds my quota :(

Trouble is I now have to email the company because there are extras missing are missing out of the box, ie the trees, the lamp posts, the people and a car!!!

Funny sp thats exactly what I said last night to him  In fact I called it "another dust collector" :( However I came up with what I thought was a good idea and that was seeing as his mother had given it to him to build he should give it to her fully complete as a pressie  The other suggestion was .... the garage
